Spread over 250 sqm of living space, there's plenty of room for you and your loved ones, with ample retreat spaces. Behind the house, a green meadow with terrace offers a lovely view of Altaussee, the Hausberg Loser, and the surrounding mountain landscape. A forest and meadow path leads you to Lake Altaussee in just 3 minutes.
The freshly renovated house features on the ground floor a cozy parlor with tiled stove and kitchen, a bathroom, and a room with a sofa bed, ideal for the little ones after meals. The veranda leads to the garden with terrace.
On the first floor, besides a separate toilet, you'll find a bathroom with double sinks, a comfortable living room, a veranda with a reading sofa, and two bedrooms with connecting doors. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
Under the roof, there are two more bedrooms, a toilet, and another bedroom with a king-size bed.
Highlights include two Ausseer verandas on each floor where you can comfortably read a book and enjoy some quiet time. The picturesque view from there and from every window in the house will leave you enchanted. Starting from spring 2023, you can also relax in a cozy sauna with a view of the greenery.
In summer, numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes await, while in winter, the Loser ski area is only 7 kilometers away. You'll also be impressed by a trip to the nearby mysterious Toplitzsee, which, according to legend, holds valuable treasures.

- The standard price is for the entire house and 10 people.
- Including EUR 3.50 per person per night for the Ausseerland accommodation tax.
- Dogs are allowed for EUR 20 per day, and you can include your pet in the booking request.
- Children up to 3 years old cost a one-time fee of EUR 15 (crib and high chair included).
