Apartment Sepp

Step through the door, and on the right, you'll find Apartment Sepp, your cozy retreat for a relaxing stay in the heart of Altaussee.

The small kitchenette includes a sink, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, and everything you need for your comfort. Opposite, there’s a dining table with two chairs.

In the spacious bedroom, you’ll sleep soundly with views of the surrounding mountains, waking up refreshed and ready for a new day of vacation.

Freshen up in the bathroom with a walk-in shower, where you’ll also find a clothes drying rack and towel warmer.

The bedroom also features a TV and a comfy seating area.

Experience Altaussee up close and be right in the middle of it all.

Apartment Liesl

Down the hall on the left side of the ground floor is the 34 sqm Apartment Liesl.

The first thing you'll notice is the lovely bar where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, homemade pastry from the local bakery, or fresh fish.

The kitchenette behind it is equipped with everything you need for a well-deserved vacation: cutlery, dishes, fridge, and of course, a Nespresso coffee machine to wake you up in the morning.

A luxurious box spring bed promises a restful sleep, enhanced by the calming moss-green accent wall.

The walk-in shower in the bathroom offers refreshment after a long bike ride or warmth after a day in the snow.

Apartment Miazl

The third apartment on the ground floor is Apartment Miazl on the right side.

From the window, you can look out onto the adjacent garden and breathe in the fresh air as soon as you wake up.

The small kitchenette is perfect for preparing breakfast, which you can enjoy at the dining table with your favorite person.

With just 26 sqm, this is the coziest apartment in the Domizil, perfect for cuddling up together. It feels almost like a tiny house within a house, charming guests with its homey and unique character.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower and luxurious toiletries by Be Soap my Friend.

Apartment Franzl

Up the stairs to the first floor, you’ll find Apartment Franzl on the right, named after our imperial couple who spent their summers in Bad Ischl.

With around 40 sqm, this is the largest apartment in the Domizil, with a sofa bed in the living room that accommodates up to 4 people. The historical fireplace is a real eye-catcher.

But that’s not all—Apartment Franzl also has access to a typical Aussee veranda with seating and a small table where you can admire the surrounding mountains.

The color of love dominates this apartment, and that’s exactly how we feel when staying here—and you will too.

Relax in the double bed, recharge for different excursions, and restore your energy at Franzl in Domizil Ausseerland.

Apartment Sopherl

Across from Franzl on the first floor is Apartment Sopherl, offering around 35 sqm of living space.

Within these 35 sqm, you’ll find a kitchenette, a sofa bed for one person, a double bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The view from the first floor is spectacular, whether the mountains are grey-green in the summer or snow-covered in the winter. We love our towering rocks all year round.

While you get ready for the day in the bathroom, your partner can prepare breakfast in the small kitchen.

From the center of Altaussee, you can embark on hikes, skiing adventures, or leisurely walks. We’re sure you’ll find even more to experience.

Apartment Hias

The sixth and final apartment bears the lovely name Hias, a short form of "Matthias."

A delicate ice blue awaits you in the bedroom, flowing like a cool thread throughout the apartment.

In addition to cozy chairs in the sleeping area, there’s also a dining table with two chairs and a well-equipped kitchenette with almost everything you could need.
