Are you looking for an alpine hut exclusively for you or your loved one? We have just the right place: the Starl Hütte, perfectly located on the "Blaa Alm" in Altaussee, in the Ausseerland region of Salzkammergut.

Imagine sitting on the house bench in front of the hut—enjoying the panorama, the tranquility, and the sunshine—simply disconnecting and letting your soul unwind.

This self-catering hut accommodates up to 2 persons. It was newly built in 2010 and designed with abundant wood and meticulous attention to detail. A photovoltaic system supplies the hut with solar-powered electricity. A private bedroom with a double bed ensures undisturbed sleep, and a sanitary area with a small sink and a toilet is also available.

At the heart of the hut is a spacious living area featuring a traditional wood stove. On the cozy corner bench, you can gather around the large cross table to eat, drink, play games, converse, and laugh together. A traditional bed bench invites you to relax while the fire crackles in the stove. A unique highlight is the 25 m² underground cellar beneath the hut, which naturally cools your food and beverages.

The enchanting surroundings and magnificent views guarantee a sense of well-being and relaxation. In the meadows around our alpine hut, alpine cattle graze in the summer, further emphasizing the authentic alpine character. Directly from the hut, you can embark on various activities—long hikes, mountain tours, via ferrata adventures, direct access to superb mountain bike trails, and much more.
