Nestled in the large garden of Villa Liechtenstein, the villa is situated above the Altausseer Traun river and just a few minutes' walk from Lake Altaussee.
Altaussee is not only home and inspiration to many artists but also a place of salt and brine, making it a health resort. Here, you will also find the modern health center MAYR LIFE. The picturesque village and breathtaking Alpine landscape offer a perfect setting for those seeking relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner health.

A modern kitchen, a cozy living room with an open fireplace, a dining room, and a lounge with a powerful HI-FI, TV, and home theater system are at your disposal. The villa is equipped with modern flat-screen satellite TVs in all rooms and wireless high-speed internet access via WLAN. All 4 bedrooms feature elegant en-suite marble bathrooms, including integrated infrared facilities in the showers. Two of the suites also have enclosed verandas.
The 160 sqm terrace with a large fire and grill area allows you to enjoy delightful summer days. The 3000 sqm garden invites you to wander and provides relaxation. Private yoga sessions in the garden will also leave a lasting memory. The house is located directly above the Traun river, whose gentle murmur provides a subtle background sound.
In the garden, you will find the sauna house with a Finnish sauna and a relaxation room. The sauna is available to all guests on the property and will be heated for you upon request.
Right outside the front door, you can start mountain biking tours, hikes, swims in the lake, or runs around the lake. The Salzkammergut region offers countless leisure activities and excursions for all ages.
In winter, Altaussee and the surrounding area offer cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, tobogganing, and much more.
