Built on a hillside, this beautiful holiday home in Altaussee overlooks the town and offers unique panoramic views. Whether it's towards the Loser, the Trisselwand, or Lake Altaussee, you will be captivated by the heavenly vistas this house offers.
You will have about 300 sqm of living space, a wonderful, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There's also a sauna, a children's playroom, a cozy living room corner by the fireplace, and a lounge under the roof. If you plan to stay longer, there is also a laundry room with a dryer and washing machine.
Access to the house is through the basement. You can conveniently enter through the garage and then take the stairs up to the living area. On the mezzanine floor, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a small kitchen with a refrigerator and washing facilities.
Upstairs is where the living and pampering happen. The spacious kitchen invites everyone to gather at one table, and the fireplace makes the sofa area super cozy. At the back of this level, you will also find the master bedroom with a bathroom and walk-in closet.
Under the roof, two cozy leather sofas await you for relaxing evenings, and the children's room is also located on this floor.
Around the house, you'll find a wooden terrace, unique views, and of course, a garden. Every level of the house has a terrace with views of the Loser and the lake, and there is a TV in every room.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the lake, although the way back is uphill. It’s worth renting or bringing an e-bike to conveniently and environmentally-friendly get to the town.
You can reach the Loser in 10 minutes, whether for skiing in winter, mountain biking in summer, or a beautiful hike.
