Situated slightly elevated, the villa offers 200 sqm of living space, accommodating up to 10 guests. On the ground floor, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed awaits two guests. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with double beds, as well as a children's room with two bunk beds. Two of the sofas can also be converted into beds.

In the basement, you'll find the sauna in a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. The main bathroom is located upstairs, featuring a freestanding bathtub, a shower, an integrated toilet, a washbasin, and a heated towel rail.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen allows you to pamper yourself and your loved ones to your heart's content. From our own experience, we know that homemade food tastes even better outdoors.

How about breakfast on the terrace or in the garden? Or, at the end of a wonderful day, a glass of wine outside with delicious antipasti from the weekly market?

In addition to ample parking spaces for up to 6 cars, the house also has an elevator to access each floor.

If you still have any wishes left, the house's good fairy is at your service. Every day, a housekeeper is on-site to take care of the cleanliness.
