At the foot of the Tressenstein, with a spectacular view, lies Bergvilla Oberon. Every window offers a new view of the Dachstein Glacier, the Loser, and the Sarstein.
In the morning, walk barefoot in the meadow and breathe in the unique scent before enjoying breakfast with the mountain fairies. Be enchanted by the mountain range, the crystal-clear lakes, and simply live in the moment. At Bergvilla Oberon, you can experience the sweet essence of summer freshness all year round!
As you enter the Bergvilla, you are greeted by a welcoming staircase to the bedrooms on the first floor after passing the cloakroom. To the left is the living salon with a fireplace, library, and traditional Aussee "Brückl" bridge, while straight ahead, you will find the spacious kitchen with direct access to the garden. On the entrance level, there is also a studio with a desk, a sofa bed (1.40m), and an attached shower with a sink. A separate toilet is also located on the ground floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large extendable dining table for up to 10 people and a door leading to the terrace. Outdoors, you’ll also find a large terrace table and chairs, comfortable loungers to relax on, and garden lanterns to create a cozy atmosphere under the starry sky during summer evenings.
The upper floor is dedicated to sleeping. The master bedroom awaits with a large double bed, two cozy sofas, and a spectacular view of the landscape. It also has a freestanding bathtub with a mountain view. There is an en-suite bathroom with an additional shower, WC, sink, and bidet.
The second bedroom is the Sarstein Room, featuring a snug double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and WC.
The Princess Room offers a king-size bed and a historical wedding wardrobe.
The Elf Room welcomes its guests with a princess bed.
Additionally, the upper floor has a separate WC and another bathroom with a shower and sink.

- All prices are for 8 people, including VAT and final cleaning.
- This includes € 3.50 per person/night local tax for the Ausseerland region.
- Each additional person in the holiday home is € 30 plus local tax. If you start the inquiry with 9 people, this person is already included in the price.
- Additional mid-stay cleanings can be booked. For stays of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is mandatory.
- Dogs are allowed at € 20 per day, and pets can also be included in the booking inquiry.
- Children up to 3 years old are charged a one-time fee of € 15 (cot and high chair included).
- A security deposit of € 1,000 is required.
