Das Helena in Bad Aussee is a newly renovated holiday home with a stunning view, lots of attention to detail, and a woodland garden.
The "big sister" of Heinz in Altaussee has been just as beautifully and lovingly renovated by the Endl family and will be ready for you starting January 2021!
With 120 sqm, it accommodates up to 8 people and 2 small children, offering a cozy holiday stay in the Ausseerland.
The house, situated on a sunny slope, provides a beautiful view of the Ausseerland and has four separate bedrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find the master bedroom with a family bed, a children's room with bunk beds, and another bedroom. There's also a bathroom with an infrared cabin and a separate toilet.
Upstairs is the living area. The heart of the house is the kitchen-living room with a large dining table for everyone and a cozy tiled stove. Additionally, there is another double bedroom, a bathroom, and a toilet.
The large balcony invites you to soak up the sun, and in the summer, a whimsical woodland garden will appear, perfect for both young and old to embark on a fairy hunt.
At Das Helena, everything has been thought of. Right in the entrance, you'll find a practical ski boot warmer for snowy winter days and warm hiking boots in autumn. A washing machine, dryer, infrared cabin, and everything else you might need are also on site.

- Cancellation policy: A 15% processing fee is always charged. 50% cancellation fee between the 35th day and 14 days before arrival, 90% cancellation fee within the last 14 days before arrival, 100% cancellation fee within the last 7 days before arrival.
- At the time of booking, the full amount will be charged to your credit card, or the full amount can be transferred according to the terms and conditions of Das Helena. If you prefer a different arrangement, please let us know, and we will find an alternative solution.

By entering your dates in the booking channel below, you will receive your price information.
- All prices are for 6 people, including VAT.
- This includes € 3.50 per person/night for the local tourist tax (Ausseerland).
- Each additional person in the holiday home is € 15 plus the tourist tax. If you start the inquiry with 7 adults, that person is already included in the price.
- Minimum stay: 3 nights, 6 nights during holiday periods.
- Dogs are allowed on request, with an additional charge of € 15 per night.
- Starter package on the day of arrival includes coffee, natural salt, organic vinegar, and olive oil.
