At the start of the Styrian Sea, just after the boat rental, on the left-hand side, you will find a ground-floor apartment with 100 sqm waiting for you!
The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, a cozy living kitchen, a bathroom with double sinks, a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine, as well as an additional separate toilet.
Right across from the apartment at Grundlsee, you can take the steps down to the lake for a refreshing dip, a morning swim, or simply enjoy a glass of wine on the bench in the evening.
From two of the bedrooms in the apartment, you will have a direct lake view and a view of the castle on Grundlsee.
The cozy boat rental with a kiosk invites you to enjoy an afternoon coffee or a special breakfast by the lake. The public bathing area is just 200 meters to the left, as is the supermarket and the Schlögl bakery.
To the right, just 50 meters away, the first restaurant is waiting for you.
In winter, the Zloam ski lift is just 3 km away, and the ice-skating rink, Loser, or Tauplitz can be reached within a 15-minute drive. A special highlight is ice skating on the Toplitzsee.
From spring to autumn, you can start your cycling tour or hike directly from the apartment.
