This historic building, located by the Grundlsee, is a true gem. The fantastic views from the garden or terrace, as well as from all rooms, of the lake and the surrounding mountains and peaks are unmatched.
You will also enjoy free lake access, so private swimming is no longer just a dream.
On the ground floor, you will find the spacious kitchen with two cozy seating areas and a wonderful view of Grundlsee.
There is one bedroom with a double bed, while the other bedrooms feature single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. Additionally, there are 4 bathrooms on the property, with showers and even a bathtub.
On the upper floor, the living room is perfect for relaxation. There is also a piano for those who have mastered the art of playing.

- The Haus Meran apartment can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, including children.
Prices are for 4 people, including VAT.
- Plus €3.50 per person/night tourist tax (Ausseerland).
- End cleaning is included, with additional cleaning services available for booking as an extra.
- Each additional person in the apartment costs €40 plus tourist tax. If you start your inquiry with 5 people, the price for that person is already included.
- Children up to 3 years old cost a one-time fee of €15 (crib and high chair).
- No pets allowed.
