Located near the lake, this house accommodates two apartments. You’ll have a direct view of the lake – whether it’s at night before bed, first thing in the morning when you open your eyes, or anytime in between, the view is simply magnificent.
Here, you are southeast of the impressive Trisselwand mountain, and wherever you look, the breathtaking mountain scenery surrounds you. Whether you plan to hike the Backenstein, swim in Grundlsee, or cycle partially around the lake, these apartments are the perfect starting point for outdoor activities, cultural experiences, or simply unwinding.
And if you fall in love with these apartments, as we did, you might find yourself spending a cozy day relaxing on the veranda in a lounge chair.
Apartment Haus Rose Marie – Ground Floor

The ground-floor apartment creates a cozy home away from home that might make you forget you're only visiting. It offers a modern flair, with the bathroom located directly next to the bedroom, and from the living room, you can step right onto the veranda, which is, of course, equipped with lounge chairs and a seating area.
Put your feet up, relax on the spacious veranda, and relish the opportunity to be here, soaking in the energy of country life.
If you're using the apartment with more than two people, you'll find a second bedroom and an additional toilet just left of the entrance, next to the cloakroom. The living room sofa can also be used as a sleeper sofa. A crib and highchair are also available.

The second apartment in Haus Rose Marie is located on the upper floor of the house and offers a phenomenal view of the landscape and local life from its balcony.
The 100 sqm apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Two cozy bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep, while the small, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare a nourishing breakfast for an active day or a delicious evening meal.
After a day of exertion, refresh yourself in the nearby Grundlsee or enjoy a hot bath on a crisp winter day after a forest walk.
Your favorite spot will likely be the balcony, where you can savor the stunning view. Lounge chairs and a seating area are also provided there.

- The ground-floor apartment at Haus Rose Marie is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and one small child.
- The upper-floor apartment is for up to 4 people, including children.
All prices are for 2 people, including VAT and final cleaning; if you add 3 or 4 people, the price will adjust accordingly.
- Plus €3.50 per person/night tourist tax for Ausseerland.
- Each additional person in the apartment costs €40 plus tourist tax.
- Children up to 3 years old incur a one-time fee of €15 (crib and highchair included).
- Dogs are allowed upon request (only in the ground-floor apartment), for €20 per day.
