With space for up to 8 guests, this apartment is ideal for families and friends looking to spend quality time together.
Spacious & Comfortable Accommodation
The apartment features four bedrooms: Three with a comfortable double bed, one with two separate single beds.
The bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, and the toilet is separate. A hairdryer, luxurious Be Soap My Friend toiletries, and soft towels are provided.
For longer stays, you can use the in-house washing machine, making it feel like a home away from home.
The beautiful garden offers an inviting dining area, perfect for breakfast or dinner outdoors.
For larger groups, we recommend booking both the Ötzergut holiday apartment and Haus Meran, allowing accommodation for up to 16 guests at the stunning Styrian Sea.

- Includes final cleaning (mid-stay cleaning available as an extra option)
- Each additional guest: EUR 30 per night, plus local tax (if you start the booking with 3 guests, this is already included in the price)
- Children up to 3 years: One-time fee of EUR 15 (includes baby cot & high chair)
- Pets are welcome for an additional fee of EUR 20 per pet, per day
