The Ausseer couple Manuel and Michaela have brought this special house at Grundlsee back to life. Reclaimed wood, the historic fireplace, the polished stove that can still be heated with fire, stone, and cozy loden fabric – these are the features that will make you fall in love with this apartment.
Families or friends will find two separately accessible bedrooms, a cozy kitchen-living room with a large dining table set, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.
For the little ones, we provide a high chair and travel crib, and outside, there is a sandbox in the private garden reserved just for you.
In just a 10-minute walk, you’ll reach Grundlsee, and right from the doorstep of your apartment, you can set off on mountain bike tours or hikes. You can also charge your e-bike here in the evening. Plus, in just 6 minutes by car, you’ll arrive at Altausseer See, and nearby, you can enjoy your personal skiing experience at Loser.
At MaMi’s Holiday Apartment, you can start your day with breakfast in the garden. This is a cozy home where the old has been lovingly preserved.

- MaMi’s apartment is designed for a total of 4 people, including children.
When entering your dates in the booking system, you will receive a price quote.
- All prices are based on 2 people, including VAT and final cleaning.
- Tourist tax of EUR 3.50 per person/night for Ausseerland is included.
- Each additional person in the apartment costs €20, plus tourist tax. If you start your inquiry with 3 people, the price will already include the third person.
- Children up to 3 years old cost a one-time fee of EUR 15 (crib and high chair).
