On the first floor, you’ll find 50 sqm of your new lakeside retreat. The spacious kitchen-living room provides a direct view of the lake, while the reading corner becomes your favorite spot by the window. If you’re four, the sofa bed easily transforms into a comfortable double bed. The small bathroom features a shower, and the bedroom has a double bed with a modern walk-in closet.
Starting in Spring 2022, a lovely sunny spot on the terrace invites you to relax and enjoy your vacation moments.
For the little ones, we provide a high chair and a travel crib. A parking space is available right outside the door, and a small supermarket is within walking distance.
Just 50 meters from the apartment, you’ll find the first bathing area at Grundlsee with a playground, and the boat rental is just around the corner.
Countless adventures await right outside your door, whether it’s a mountain bike tour, a hike to Toplitzsee, or skiing at Loser or Tauplitz.

- Each additional person in the apartment costs €20, plus tourist tax.
- Children up to 3 years old cost a one-time fee of EUR 15 (crib and high chair).
