The Seepanorama Apartment Top 13 accommodates up to 4 people and features a well-kept garden and a sauna.
Seepanorama Apartment Top 15 is adjacent to Top 13 and also offers a lovely garden with a magnificent view for up to 4 people.
The Seepanorama Apartment Top 16 includes a bedroom and a spacious balcony.

From the garden, you have another spectacular view of the Styrian Sea and can watch as Rudolf glides gently across the water's surface.
Together with the Seepanorama Apartments Top 13 and Top 16, you have space for friends or family.

- Upon booking, we request a 30% deposit, with the remaining payment due before arrival.
- Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival.
Please Note:
- The Seepanorama Apartment Top 13 accommodates 4 people, including children.
- The Seepanorama Apartment Top 15 accommodates up to 5 people, including children.
- The Seepanorama Apartment Top 16 accommodates a total of 3 people, including one child.
With date entry in the booking channel below, you will receive your price information.
- All prices are for 2 people, including VAT and final cleaning,
- including €3.50 per person/night tourist tax for Grundlsee.
- Each additional person costs €40, plus tourist tax; if you start the inquiry with 3 people, that person is already included in the price.
- Children up to 3 years cost a one-time fee of EUR 15 (crib and high chair).
- Dogs are not allowed in Seepanorama Apartments Top 13 and 16, but are allowed in Top 15 for an additional fee of EUR 20.
